Return & Refund Policy
We thank for your purchase. We hope you have a happy shopping experience. However, if you decide to change your mind, we accept cancellations before the product is produced or shipped. If the order is cancelled successfully, you will get the full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If you are not satisfy with your product for any reasons, we are glad to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt for your order. We will credit your account with the total value of the order after deduction of freight charges.
- Please send email o firstname.lastname@example.org to contact our customer service and inform what you want to return and why.
- A return instructions will be sent to you as soon as we receive your return request email.
- Please pack the items to be returned together with the original package and also include the return form in it.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- We usually return the goods within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will send the refund to your payment account.
- Returned items must be unused that we do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Specially ordered or customized items are not refundable.
- We do not accept items that are returned without a proper return request.
- Electronic equipment, including flashlights, cameras and fish pickers, cannot be returned once turned on, but if it is defective or damaged, we will repair it for you.
- We do not provide freight collect (FTC) service for returning packages to us. The payoff will be yours.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and checked, we will email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If your package is approved, your refund will be processed and then within a certain number of days, your original payment method will be automatically credited.
Late or Missing Refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially mailed. Next contact your bank, which usually needs some processing time before a refund is mailed.

Please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address when you are going to return some items. We will offer you the specific return address.
Please do not return the package to the address on the label. This is not our return address. If you do so, it will greatly delay the processing of the return.
