Time to raise the pole
1. Master the way of eating hooks
Crucian carp (demersal fish)
When ingesting, bend your head and cock your tail, and raise your head upstream in the inhalation mouth. The drift reaction is slight agitation, obviously floating up. When fishing crucian carp, it is advisable to lift the rod while drifting slowly up.
Carp (bottom fish)
I love to go to the mud to search for food, eat carefully, taste it before eating, and only take it in the mouth when it feels the same, and then walk away. The drift reaction first shakes a few times and then sinks sharply. It is advisable for carp fishing to make a hit by lifting the pole when it is floating (black drifting).
Herring (middle and bottom fish)
Feeding fiercely, swallow the bait when you see it, suck it into your mouth, and leave with it in your mouth. The drift response is rapid and shakes and sinks diagonally. For herring (grass carp) fishing, it is advisable to get the fish by lifting the rod when the drifting descends rapidly.
Tilapia (middle and pelagic fish)
Being gluttonous, not letting go when sucking in, the drifting response is rapid and shaking up and down. Tilapia fishing is recommended to lift the rod when drifting up and tilting or slanting sinking and black drifting.
Silver carp and bighead carp (middle and pelagic fish)
When the water temperature is 17-20 degrees Celsius, he eats gracefully and ran away while biting his hook in midsummer. When fishing silver carp and bighead carp, it is advisable to lift the rod when drifting (water temperature 17-20 degrees) or black drifting.
Bream (middle-low-level fish): The hook-eating action resembles a crucian float, which reacts to jitter up and down, and rises quickly. For bream fishing, it is advisable to lift the rod while floating up and down or ascending.
2. Master the season
The early spring fish swim slowly. When eating, the mouth opens small, eats lightly, and drifts slowly, which is not obvious. Drifting means lifting the pole.
Xiaqiu fish are active, swim quickly, eat fiercely, drift and shake at a high speed, move obliquely, sink or send upwards. Drift and tilt, sink or send up to lift the rod.
In winter, fish consume less food and move slowly. Drift a little to lift the rod.
Three, master the depth of water
Fishing in shallow waters within 1 meter, floats and hooks, and the distance is short (short line in the water), the fish catches the hook and floats up immediately or sinks immediately, and the rod should be lifted earlier.
For fishing in deep water above 2 meters, the distance between floating and hooking is long (long line in the water). If the fish catches the hook, it is slow to float up or sink, and the rod should be lifted later.
Fourth, master the bait
Vegetarian bait, small in quality and soft, easy to suck into the mouth, drifting and shaking for a few times, early in time.
Meat bait is resistant to biting, after drifting and shaking, the rod can be lifted a little later.
